The "2024 Weissburgunder Vom Les Organic" is a varietal Gutwein made from Pinot Blanc, produced in the Kaiserstuhl region. It undergoes low-temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with rapid cooling to halt fermentation in order to retain the sweetness of the fruit, followed by several months of sur lie aging in stainless steel tanks.
